Do you offer in-person or telehealth services?

I see clients both virtually and in person. Therapy can be successfully accomplished virtually, however, some clients prefer in-person.

My office is located in Westlake Village, near Thousand Oaks, Malibu, and Calabasas.

What is Your Availability?

During our initial consultation, we will discuss your preferred days and times. I do my best to be accommodating and flexible.

How Long Do I Have to be in Therapy?

This is a great question that does not have a straightforward answer. It really depends on your presenting issues. Every person’s therapeutic journey is unique.

Together, we will create a plan that best supports your needs. This will remain a fluid topic of conversation, and I will be better equipped to answer that question once I get to know you and your personal history.

Does Everything Remain Confidential?

I will go over confidentiality and the limitations thereof in great detail during our first session and periodically thereafter. I never want my legal and ethical considerations to come as a shock, and I am happy to review this with you at any point.
